For a personal repository only the owner can add webhooks; for an organization repository you need to be an owner, editor or repository admin.
Docker Hub does not sign webhooks or send a secret, so there is nothing to paste here. Your Hookfire webhook URL is unique and hard to guess: keep it private. If it leaks, delete the integration and create a new one to get a new URL.
On your Hookfire integration page, toggle on Image pushed.
Click the Test button on your integration page, or push a tag to the repository. Docker Hub keeps a delivery history under Current Webhooks → View History.
