Know the moment someone books you

Scheduling tools send a confirmation email for every booking, and that email lands in the same inbox as everything else. A demo booked for tomorrow morning is easy to miss until the calendar reminder goes off.

A push notification for each booking means you can prepare for the call, and a cancellation reaches you while there is still time to offer the slot to someone else.

The events worth turning on

New booking

Who booked, which meeting and when, without opening your inbox.

Booking cancelled

The slot is free again, and the sooner you know the more likely you can fill it.

Booking needs confirmation

A request sitting unconfirmed is a lead waiting on you.

No-show

Worth a follow-up the same day, while the reason is still fresh.

Integrations for this

Each of these sends the events above. Setup is the same for all of them.

Common questions

Will I get a notification for every booking?
Only for the events you subscribe to. Many people take new bookings and cancellations and leave the rest to the calendar.
Does a reschedule send two notifications?
With Calendly, yes: it reports a reschedule as a cancellation of the old slot and a new booking. Cal.com sends a single reschedule event.
