Know when someone tells you something

Feedback arrives in a trickle, which is exactly why it gets missed. One survey response or one feature request is not enough to trigger a daily digest, and by the time it is, the person who wrote it has stopped expecting an answer.

These are the events where speed changes the outcome. Replying to a feature request the same day reads as attentiveness; replying two weeks later reads as a form letter.

The events worth turning on

Survey response

The moment someone answers is the moment their reasoning is still fresh enough to follow up on.

New feature request

Worth seeing before it is one of forty. The first hour is when you can still ask a clarifying question.

Comment on a request

Usually where the actual requirement is, rather than in the original one-line request.

New signup

The one that tells you the marketing worked, and the cheapest moment to say hello.

Integrations for this

Each of these sends the events above. Setup is the same for all of them.

Common questions

Do these work together?
Indie Polls and Upvoted are built by the same team as Hookfire, so their webhooks are supported out of the box — you paste a Hookfire URL into their webhook settings and you are done.
Can I get only new signups and skip the rest?
Yes. Subscription is per event, so you can take signups from Clerk and leave session events alone.
